Job duties:
- Manage and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve monthly sales goals.
- Develop new business opportunities through strategic sales tactics, including customer development, networking, relationship building, lead generation, cold calling, etc.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Help further develop company sales strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Managing new customers on-boarding process.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years outside/inside sales experience required.
- Demonstrated record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phone.
- Extensive knowledge in sales development and driving new sales revenue.
- Set work schedule and some travel required.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing market.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to assume more responsibilities over time.
- Bilingual skills with fluency in English and Spanish are a must.
- Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance, ability to pass background check and drug test.
