Sales Representative

Job duties:

  • Manage and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Develop new business opportunities through strategic sales tactics, including customer development, networking, relationship building, lead generation, cold calling, etc.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Help further develop company sales strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Managing new customers on-boarding process.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years outside/inside sales experience required.
  • Demonstrated record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phone.
  • Extensive knowledge in sales development and driving new sales revenue.
  • Set work schedule and some travel required.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing market.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to assume more responsibilities over time.
  • Bilingual skills with fluency in English and Spanish are a must.
  • Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance, ability to pass background check and drug test.
