Mcdonald's itself is huge company with many employees and they have different departments, so if you start from the bottom and don't have any job experience, you can start at Mcdonald's and if you'll be good, you will have huge career opportunities. There are many people who started from waiter or cashier and after that they became restarant or country managers with very solid salary. Many people and specialists grows there, so the job at Mcdonald's is not the worst choice.

Usually, remote job you will have to do with computer, so most popular remote jobs are for developers, graphic designers, marketers, writers or editors, sales managers etc. So, if you are strong in any of those positions - it won't be difficult. You will find many remote job offers in facebook, twitter or other social network, also on job boards. Also, you will find scam job offers, so you have to be careful and try to get paid before the job is done. If you find remote job on internet without any platform as Fiverr or other, you are not guarantee that you will get paid.

You can choose from bartender to attorney, from cashier to manager. If you think about office job, so i would recommend you to start as assistant at any office job where you will be able to help with papers. If you like to communicate with people and want to learn a lot - the first job as barista or waiter is a good decision. Job at restaurant will help you to understand people and communicate with them, you will see the money flow, will learn how people spends money, you will know a lot. So if you don't have experience, you have to decide what you want to be and to make a first step to your future career. Just don't forget to read many different motivational or biographical books to catch yourself at where you're the best.
