The Clinic Medical Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing clinical operations within our healthcare facility. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and the integration of clinical best practices. Through close collaboration with medical staff, administration, and multidisciplinary teams, the Clinic Medical Director will enhance patient outcomes and drive ongoing clinical development initiatives.
Duties

Lead and Manage Clinical Staff
- Oversee day-to-day clinical activities, ensuring adherence to established protocols and best practices.
- Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.

Develop and Implement Policies
- Create and refine clinical protocols in accordance with state regulations and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with FDA and other relevant healthcare guidelines.

Enhance Patient Care
- Oversee clinical services to maintain the highest quality of patient care.
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement improvements based on evidence-based practices.

Conduct Research & Drive Innovation
- Identify and evaluate new clinical methods, technologies, and processes.
- Integrate innovative approaches to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Ensure Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to address compliance issues promptly and effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Valid Medical Doctor (MD) Certification/License in the State of California (CA)
- 3+ Years of Experience in any of the following specialty areas:
- Family Practice
- Occupational Medicine
- Internal Medicine
- Emergency Department (ED)
- Licensure Requirements of the state of jurisdiction
- Medical Degree from an accredited university
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation)
- Minimum of 3 Years of directly applicable experience preferred
