We are looking for someone who will be able to run a team of bakers. Our Pastry Chef needs to know all the basics of French pastries and breads.
Requirements:
- Croissants, chocolate croissants
- Baguettes
- Sourdough and other special breads
- Pate feuilletée, pate à choux, joconde, genoise, dacquoises
- Eclairs, tarts, Napoléon, macarons
- Ordering, calculating costs, teaching other bakers.
