Job Requirements:
- 2+ years Hands-on professional experience managing productive influencer relationships for Instagram for a direct to consumer online retailer
- Data-driven understanding of reporting and ROI in scaling a large Influencer marketing strategy
- Experience with Tiktok a plus
- Can-do attitude who can collaborate to drive results to meet company objectives
- Experience managing Instagram accounts with over 100K followers a plus
Job duties:
- Research, identify and manage relationships with influencers
- Develop ideas for outreach and creative briefs
- Establish and maintain professional one-on-one relationships with top influencers and content creators, securing consistent messaging for our brand
- Leverage influencer content for brand marketing materials
- Take an analytical and ROI-driven approach to reporting on influencer program progress and challenges
- Use existing strategy to set performance and brand-building KPIs on a partner-by-partner basis; oversee ongoing optimization and apply a test-and-learn strategy to achieve success and new learnings
