Experience required:
- Basic Home Construction.
- Trim carpentry, interior, hang doors/door framing, exterior repairs, interior trim install.
- Crown molding installs.
- Experience building patio covers, etc.
- Some home painting/staining experience.
- Basic plumbing - replace sink faucets, garbage disposals, sweat on leaky shut-off valves.
- Basic electrical - replace lights & ceiling fans, install switches, outlets, and recessed lighting.
