- Resolve daily work order requests within a timely manner
- Make vacant apartments rent ready for occupancy within a timely manner
- Minor Electrical/Plumbing/Carpentry
- Provide preventative and corrective maintenance throughout the property as assigned
- Frequent bending, standing, stooping, stretching, and lifting
- Good Painting skills are desired.
