Job Summary: The Manufacturing Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for manufacturing processes and products. This role involves collaborating with engineers, designers, and production teams to ensure that all designs meet specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate is meticulous, skilled in drafting software, and has a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and plans using CAD software.

• Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop and revise manufacturing plans.

• Interpret technical specifications and requirements to produce accurate drawings.

• Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.

• Assist in the design and development of new products and manufacturing processes.

• Maintain and update existing drawings and documentation as needed.

• Communicate effectively with production teams to ensure that drawings are understood and implemented correctly.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to drawings and design.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
