Requirements for Candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years minimum experience in Accounting with 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Expertise with Quickbooks
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, Desktop and accounting software and databases
- Experienced with collections, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and payroll data entry
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation
- Analytical, detail-oriented and trustworthy
- Organized with excellent time management skills
- A problem solver with exceptional research and math skills
- Possess advanced written and verbal communication skills
- A complementary team player
- Able to focus independently to meet deadlines
Experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred but certainly not required.
